Some kids have access to garages but the walls are pock-marked by thrown wrenches, the air thick with swearing or dripping with irritation, sarcasm, and shame. We’re entrepreneurs who build companies that provide value for more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies. We’re racers who win championships in our country and others. We’re award-winning storytellers and engaged parents coaxing the next generation to step into their best selves. We work hard, make many small blunders, some big mistakes, and yet find success despite ourselves.
What if top-performing individuals served as guides to help youth navigate around – or at least through – some of those mistakes, and taught them how to design and execute their plan for their successful future?

We endeavor to uncover and fan each student’s unique spark and teach them how to incorporate it in an achievable plan for their future.

— Michael Faraday
